Shipping Policy

All our pieces are crafted with care and well worth the wait, with current processing times found below:

1. Order processing (1-3 business days)

    Once your order is processed and shipped, transit times found below take effect:

    2 . Estimated Shipping Time by region  

    • UK and EU: 4-8 business days
    • USA & Canada: 5-11 business days 
    • Australia & New Zealand: 6-12 business days 
    • Other global destination: 6-15 business days

    3. Shipping Costs: FREE 

    • Standard shipping is free on all orders. No additional taxes or customs fees — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
    • Please note customs and taxes are only covered for USA, Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand and EU nations

    5. Order Tracking

    • After we ship your order, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can see where your package is on its journey. This activates within a few business days, so don’t panic if it’s slow to update at first! 

    6. Lost Packages

    • For lost packages we advise you ask your neighbours, or consult security footage if possible. 
    • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. 
    • In some cases, we may offer a discounted replacement but cannot guarantee refunds for lost or stolen packages

    8. Wrong Addresses & Other Delivery Situations 

    • Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not able to file a refund for orders not received due to an incorrect, incomplete or insecure shipping address. Items marked undelivered due to an incorrect shipping address can be reissued if and only when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee. 
    • If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at info@melinathelabel.com with your order number and correct information before the order is shipped out. We will try our best to deliver your order to your door, in rare cases, customer might need to pick it up from the local post office.
    • Please note that we can not issue a refund if you refuse to collect the package from your local post office. We are unable to refund or replace any packages refused by the recipient. If you no longer need the purchased items, please email our customer service team at info@melinathelabel.com to submit a return request.

    9. Cancelation policy 

    Please request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase as our team does their best to process your order as quickly as possible.
